1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Not satisfied with your order? No problem!
You have 14 days from the delivery date to make an exchange or a return.
- Exchange: You can choose any other item of equal value.
- Return: You will receive a refund for the value of the returned product.
1.1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To be accepted, products must:
- Not have been worn, washed, or altered
- Not show signs of wear (perfume, stains, creases, etc.)
- Be complete with original labels, accessories, and packaging
- Shoes must have intact soles and be returned in their original boxes (not damaged or used as outer packaging)
📦 You can use the original packaging or any suitable and securely sealed packaging.
⚠️ Products excluded from return:
For hygienic reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned if they have been worn or if the hygienic seal (adhesive tab) has been removed.
In accordance with Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Non-compliant returns will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
BV Brand reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with this policy.
1.2 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Write to info.bvbrand@gmail.com stating:
- Order number
- Item to be returned
- Whether you want an exchange or a refund
We will reply within 24/48 business hours with instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can use any courier. BV Brand does not provide free return labels.
BV Brand is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
1.3 DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info.bvbrand@gmail.com, attaching detailed photos of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange for pickup and replacement at no cost to you.
⚠️ If you ship independently, we will not be able to refund shipping costs.
After 3 days, but within 14, standard conditions apply, with shipping at the customer's expense.
1.4 INCOMPLETE ORDER OR DAMAGED PACKAGE
If you receive a damaged package, accept it with reservation or refuse it.
If anything is missing from the order, write to us at info.bvbrand@gmail.com within 3 days, attaching photos of the box and products.
❗ BV Brand reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Missing labels or original packaging
- Return made after 14 days from delivery
- Swimwear or underwear without a hygienic seal
- Non-compliance with the conditions stated above
